Mr Y was cycling along the Upper Richmond Road when the third party turned right to enter Palewell Park Road, without according precedence to our client and in so doing he collided with Mr Y.

Our client suffered concussion, soft tissue injuries to his back, neck, shoulders, hip and pelvis.

A compromise settlement has been put forward by the insurers of the vehicle, which has been rejected. Civil court proceedings have been commenced, and the matter will be listed for a civil trial in Spring 0f 2012.
